Are the specimens shown in the photos the exact specimens I will receive?
Yes. Each specimen is individually photographed so you can see the actual piece before purchasing.
Are your mineral specimens natural?
Mineral Treasury focuses on natural mineral specimens. If a specimen has any known treatment, repair, coating, or special note, it will be disclosed in the product description when applicable.
What is a specimen ID?
A specimen ID is a unique identification number assigned to each piece for tracking, organization, and collection records.
How are specimens packed?
Specimens are packed carefully using protective materials to help protect delicate crystals, edges, and natural formations during shipping.
Do you accept returns?
Please review our Return Policy for full details. Because mineral specimens are unique and fragile, returns must follow our stated return requirements.
Do you ship internationally?
At launch, shipping options may be limited. Available shipping locations will be shown at checkout.
Can I request more photos of a specimen?
Yes. If you would like additional photos or details before purchasing, contact us with the specimen ID or product name.
