Return Policy

At Mineral Treasury, every specimen is individually photographed and described to help collectors make informed purchasing decisions.

Because mineral specimens are natural, unique, and often fragile, returns are accepted only under the conditions outlined below.

Eligible Returns

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

• The specimen must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.
• The item must be securely packaged to prevent damage during return transit.
• Proof of purchase may be required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

• Specimens damaged after delivery.
• Items altered, cleaned, repaired, or modified after receipt.
• Custom orders or special requests.
• Clearance or final sale items.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

• Photos of the specimen
• Photos of the packaging
• Photos of the shipping label

This information helps us evaluate shipping damage claims.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned specimen has been received and inspected.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
